Special Projects currently has approximately 400 projects identified in the work order system. These projects include, but are not limited to, the installation of motorized projection screens, TV mounts, sinks, cabinets, handicap ramps, data drops, local/wide area networks, lighting, vinyl and ceramic tile, carpentry, miscellaneous plumbing, and the complete painting of the interior and exterior of schools. Funding for these projects are provided by the 1996 and 1998 Bond Funds, Government Service Tax, General Operating Budget and Federal programs.

Special Projects shall strive to continue to provide rehabilitation services to improve and/or upgrade the condition of all Clark County School District schools and administration buildings. All work shall be performed in the most professional, timely, and cost efficient manner possible.
