There are
twenty-seven Facilities Services Representatives,
each FSR services approximately 15 schools.
Duties are as follows: |

Provides
the school administrators with a single-point-of-contact
regarding construction at schools. |
| |
|
Communicates with school
administrators and regional superintendents
regarding various activities on a school’s
campus. |
| |
|
Provides coordination and
communication for facility-related projects. |
| |
|
Serves as a liaison between
Facilities Division departments. |
| |
|
Generates, reviews and
analyzes work orders. |
| |
|
Works with school administrators,
maintenance personnel and planners to complete
the annual school needs assessment. |
| |
|
Initiates steps to correct
problems identified at school facilities. |
| |
|
Determines and confirms
warranty issues. |
| |
|
Surveys vandalism and plans
corrective action. |
